Lisa M. Daley MD, F.A.A.P.M. & R,
Medical Director and Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation

Lisa Daley, MD is Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. She has her undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie-Mellon University.
Dr. Daley graduated from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center's residency program in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.

Dr. Daley has co-authored chapters in medical textbooks used in the field of Physiatry. Her research was presented by her at a National medical Association annual conference. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. She is also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc.

Dr. Daley also serves on the Board of Directors of the International SOS Society, an organization that aids the disable and needy of Ghana.
Dr. Michael Schonfeld DC, DABCO,
Administrator and Chiropractic Orthopedist

Dr. Michael Schonfeld, a graduate of Brooklyn Technical High School, received his Bachelor of Science degree from Brooklyn College and in 1978 graduated from the National College of Chiropractic School in Lombard, Illinois. After graduation he moved to Long Island and began his practice on Newbridge Road in Bellmore.
Dr. Schonfeld attended the National-Lincoln School of Post Graduate Education, and in 1983 he earned his Board Certification in Chiropractic Orthopedics. In 1983 he was named a Fellow of the American College of Chiropractic Orthopedists and received his Diplomate status from The American Board of Chiropractic Orthopedists.

Dr. Schonfeld has served his profession on numerous levels. He has held many elected positions in the New York State Chiropractic Association. He was President of the Nassau County District for 4 years and has been the Ethic's Committee Chairman from 1984 to the present.

Dr. Schonfeld is a past president of The Kiwanis Club of The Bellmores, and is a member of the Bellmore Chamber of Commerce.
Dr. Schonfeld and his family reside in Merrick. He has three daughters and one granddaughter. He has authored numerous articles that have been published in various Chiropractic magazines and newsletters. His wife Wendy Schonfeld, also a chiropractor is the co-owner of ABSolutley Fit, a personal fitness studio in Bellmore. Wendy is also a very active member of the Bellmore/Merrick community.

Dr. Andrew M. Margulies DC, FASBE,
Administrator and Director of Chiropractic Services

Dr. Andrew M. Margulies is a 1981 Magna Cum Laude graduate of the Palmer College of Chiropractic. He also holds a B.S and B.A. degrees as well as a Post Doctoral Master of Science Degree in Spinal Biomechanics. Dr. Margulies is a Board Certified Sports Practitioner, Board Certified Fellow of the American Academy of Disability Analysts and a Board Certified Fellow of the American Academy of Applied Spinal Biomechanical Engineering.

Dr. Margulies is a member of the American Chiropractic Association, The American Public Health Association, The New York Academy of the Sciences and The American Academy for the Advancement of Science. In addition, he is a member of the ACA Council on Diagnostic Imaging, The ACA Council on Sports Injuries and Physical Fitness and the Foundation for Chiropractic Education and Research.

In March of 1984, Dr. Margulies was the recipient of the MMS award for the dedication to excellence and service to the community. In January of 1984, he received the The Sliver Star Award from MMS for outstanding achievement and service to the community at large. From 1986 to present, he has served as chiropractor to the Long Island Marathon. In 1991 he was a member of the medical team for the Mobil/USA National Track and Field Championships. Since 1992, he is listed in Who's Who in Science and Engineering. In 1993, Dr. Margulies was the recipient of the SSM award for outstanding achievement and service to mankind. Since 1994, he is listed in Who's Who in the East. Since 2002, Dr. Margulies is listed in Who's Who in Medicine and Healthcare.

Michael Miller PT,
Director of Physical Therapy Services

After graduating Baldwin High School, Michael received his Bachelor of Science in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy N.Y. in 1990. Michael completed his training in Physical Therapy and received his Bachelor of Science in Health Science and Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Touro College, in Dix Hills, NY in 1995.

Michael has worked for the Parker Jewish Institute for Health Care and Rehabilitation, a leader in geriatric medicine and rehabilitation located in New Hyde Park, New York. He began there as a student intern and advanced to become the Director of Physical Therapy. Michael was responsible for supervising all of the physical therapy services for sub-acute care, long-term care, adult day care, and the outpatient physical therapy departments.

Michael has always been very involved and interested in the care of injured athletes. Having participated in numerous recreational sports leagues all over Long Island, he has seen his share of injuries. Michael has also worked in a variety of different sports and orthopedic physical therapy practices and has extensive experience treating injured athletes.

Michael is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association. He recently became an American Physical Therapy Association Geriatric Certified Specialist. Michael is only one of twenty-nine physical therapists in New York State who have received this honor. Michael has instructed and supervised numerous students and is also an American Physical Therapy Association Certified Clinical Instructor.

Michael and his wife and daughter presently reside in Wantagh, New York.
